Natalie Kossak is Chief Compliance Officer at Gallagher, where she oversees compliance for the firm's life and annuity brokerage, executive benefits, retirement plan consulting, and investment consulting businesses. With more than 25 years of experience in employee benefits, financial services, and regulatory compliance, she provides strategic guidance on governance, risk management, and evolving regulatory requirements. Before joining Gallagher, Kossak served as counsel at WilmerHale and practiced at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. She began her legal career as an investigative attorney with the U.S. Department of Labor's Employee Benefits Security Administration. Kossak holds a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University's Maurice A. Deane School of Law and a bachelor's degree in Economics from Binghamton University.
