LaVonne Pulliam is Chief Compliance Officer at University Hospitals, where she leads the health system's compliance, ethics, and privacy programs while fostering a strong culture of integrity and regulatory excellence. With more than a decade of healthcare compliance experience, she previously held legal and compliance leadership roles at Medtronic and served as Assistant General Counsel at University Hospitals. Earlier in her career, she practiced corporate law at Benesch Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and financing. Pulliam holds a JD, a Master of Arts in Bioethics, and a bachelor's degree in Biology from Case Western Reserve University and serves on several nonprofit and healthcare boards.
