Jennifer Grego is Chief Compliance Officer at Edward Jones, where she leads the firm's enterprise-wide compliance program and regulatory strategy. She joined Edward Jones in 2024 after a distinguished 19-year career at Morgan Stanley, most recently serving as Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Operational Risk for its Wealth Management division. In that role, she worked closely with the Federal Reserve, SEC, and FINRA and helped lead the integrations of Solium and E*TRADE. Earlier in her career, Grego served as an enforcement attorney at FINRA and practiced law in New York. She holds a bachelor's degree from Binghamton University and a Juris Doctor from Boston University.
