Joanna Rotgers.

Joanna Rotgers is Chief Compliance Officer and Regulatory Counsel at Marsh McLennan, where she leads the company's global compliance and regulatory strategy. With more than 25 years of legal and compliance experience, she oversees ethics, corporate governance, and regulatory risk management across the firm's international operations. Rotgers joined Marsh McLennan in 2011 as Senior Assistant General Counsel for Litigation before advancing to her current leadership role. Earlier in her career, she practiced litigation at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law and a bachelor's degree from Loyola University Chicago.
