Tamsin Fast.

Tamsin Fast is Chief Compliance Officer at Aramark, where she leads the company's global compliance program and reports regularly to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Since assuming the role in 2017, she has overseen compliance strategy, ethics, and regulatory initiatives across Aramark's international operations. Fast joined the company in 2007 as an employment lawyer, building its employment law function and leading wage and hour, background check, and government investigation compliance programs. Before Aramark, she practiced labor and employment law at Morgan Lewis. Fast earned a JD from New York University School of Law and a bachelor's degree in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
