Beth Colling.

Beth Colling is Chief Compliance Officer at CDM Smith, where she leads the company's global compliance program and reports directly to the CEO and Board of Directors. With more than 26 years of experience in employment law, business law, risk management, and corporate compliance, she has served as both a litigator and in-house legal counsel for multinational organizations. Colling is also an active leader in nonprofit and professional organizations, supporting refugee resettlement, women's leadership, and engineering initiatives. She holds a law degree from the University of Virginia, is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), and is a member of the Virginia State Bar.
