Kate Godfrey is Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at KARL STORZ, where she leads the company's global compliance program to promote ethical business practices and regulatory adherence across its medical technology operations. With nearly 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry, she previously held compliance leadership roles at Veracyte, Adaptive Biotechnologies, and Roche/Genentech, helping organizations scale through rapid growth and complex regulatory environments. Godfrey holds a bachelor's degree from DePaul University and a JD in Health Law from California Western School of Law. She is also an advocate for epilepsy awareness through her #run4joshua initiative.
