Pierrette Bradshaw is Chief Compliance Officer at MidCap Financial Services, where she has led the company's compliance program since 2017. With nearly four decades of legal and compliance experience, she has held senior leadership roles at CapitalSpring Finance Company, CapitalSource Finance Company, General Motors Acceptance Corporation Commercial Finance, and Peachtree Franchise Finance. Her career spans corporate compliance, commercial finance, real estate transactions, intellectual property, and business law. Bradshaw holds a bachelor's degree from Connecticut College and a JD from Penn State Dickinson School of Law. She also studied at the London School of Economics and the University of Florence and is admitted to the bars of Connecticut and the District of Columbia.
