Kim Otte.

Kim Otte is Chief Compliance Officer for Amazon Healthcare, where she oversees compliance and regulatory strategy across the company's healthcare operations. With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare law, risk management, and compliance, she previously served as Chief Risk Officer at Mayo Clinic Rochester and as Legal Counsel for Public Policy at Medica Health Plans/Allina Health System. Earlier in her career, Otte practiced law as an associate attorney at Popham Haik / Halleland Lewis. She holds a JD and an MA in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota, as well as a bachelor's degree from Baylor University.
