Heba Hamouda is Chief Compliance Officer at Apple, where she leads corporate compliance initiatives and advises on governance, regulatory, and legal matters. An experienced attorney and Certified Public Accountant (CPA), she has extensive expertise in corporate transactions, due diligence, compliance programs, and corporate governance. Before joining Apple, Hamouda practiced law at Dentons, where she handled complex commercial agreements, intellectual property matters, immigration cases, and pro bono legal work. She earned bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, combining legal and financial expertise to support global compliance and business operations.
