Jennifer Baum is Chief Compliance Officer at The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC), the world's largest equity derivatives clearing organization. In her role, she leads OCC's enterprise compliance program, works closely with regulators, and advises the Board of Directors and executive leadership on regulatory and compliance matters. She joined OCC in 2017 as First Vice President of Regulatory and Corporate Compliance and was promoted to Chief Compliance Officer in 2020. With more than 30 years of experience in the compliance and futures industries, Baum previously held leadership positions at the Chicago Board of Trade, CME Group, MF Global, and several futures commission merchants. She earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is recognized for strengthening regulatory oversight, fostering a proactive compliance culture, and advancing innovation in compliance through technology and AI initiatives.
