David A. Ricks.

David A. Ricks is Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Eli Lilly and Company, one of the world's leading pharmaceutical manufacturers. He has led the company since 2017, overseeing a period of record growth driven by breakthroughs in diabetes, obesity, Alzheimer's disease, oncology, and immunology. Ricks joined Lilly in 1996 and previously held senior leadership roles including President of Lilly Bio-Medicines, President of Lilly USA, and General Manager for Canada and China. He serves on the boards of Adobe and several industry organizations. Ricks holds a bachelor's degree from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana University.
