Tanya Jaeger de Foras is Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer at Ingredion Incorporated, where she oversees global legal, governance, compliance, and government relations. She joined the company in 2021 after holding senior legal and compliance leadership roles at Whirlpool, Luxottica (now EssilorLuxottica), and Pfizer. Earlier, she practiced corporate law at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York and Paris. With more than two decades of international legal and regulatory experience, she has worked across North America and Europe. Jaeger de Foras holds degrees from Georgetown University and Harvard Law School and speaks five languages.
