Krystal Murer.

Krystal Murer is Chief Compliance Officer at OU Health, Oklahoma's only comprehensive academic health system, where she oversees compliance across hospitals and clinics. She is recognized for leading initiatives that enhance patient safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence, including launching in-house billing, coding, and 340B compliance programs. Murer is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), a Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) professional, a Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM), and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She holds degrees from Oklahoma City University and the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and actively supports nonprofit organizations and mentorship programs in her community.
