Scott A. Bowers is the Chief Executive Officer of Spiras Health, a value-based healthcare company focused on improving outcomes for high-risk Medicare and Medicaid populations through in-home care and care coordination. With more than two decades of executive leadership experience, he has led health plans, provider organizations, and population health initiatives across the United States. Before joining Spiras Health, Bowers served as President and CEO of Passport Health Plan and previously held senior leadership roles at Evolent Health, UnitedHealthcare, and Corizon Health. He is recognized for advancing community-based, value-driven healthcare models that improve access, quality, and patient outcomes.
