Sanjay Gajendra is co-founder, president, and COO of Astera Labs, the publicly traded semiconductor company supplying PCIe, CXL, and Ethernet connectivity chips to AI data center customers.
Alongside co-founders Jitendra Mohan and Casey Morrison, he led the company through its 2024 Nasdaq IPO and into a position as a key supplier to hyperscalers. Gajendra and his co-founders were named 2025 EY Entrepreneur of the Year National Overall Award winners.
