
The roboticist who co-founded iRobot and put 40 million Roombas in homes worldwide is now applying five decades of AI and robot-design research to Robust.AI, building cognitive warehouse robots to close the logistics industry's critical labor gap.
Rodney Brooks is Co-Founder and CTO of Robust.AI, a warehouse robotics company, and Co-Founder of iRobot, maker of the Roomba (over 40 million units sold worldwide).
He is also founding director of MIT's Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) and previously founded Rethink Robotics, which pioneered collaborative robots for manufacturing. Robust.AI is building cognitive robots for warehouse and logistics automation.
