Rod Larson runs Oceaneering International, a publicly traded global provider of engineered services and products to the offshore energy, defense, entertainment, and aerospace industries.
Under his leadership, the company has expanded into robotics and defense applications, grown its theme-park ride systems business, and navigated commodity volatility in offshore energy. Larson was a 2025 EY Entrepreneur of the Year National Industrials and Energy Award finalist.
