Mamie Hoffer runs Hoffer Flow Controls, an Elizabeth City, North Carolina manufacturer of precision flow-measurement instrumentation used in aerospace fuel metering, industrial process control, and defense applications.
With co-leader Jason Futrell, she has led the multi-generation family-owned company through significant growth and modernization. Its customers include the U.S. military and major aerospace OEMs. Hoffer was named the 2025 SBA North Carolina Small Business Person of the Year.
