Lisa Dyson is Co-Founder and CEO of Air Protein and Kiverdi, companies producing protein and other materials from carbon dioxide using microbes.
The technology was inspired by NASA research for long-duration space missions and converts CO2, water, and renewable energy into protein without arable land or animal agriculture. Dyson holds a PhD in physics from MIT and has been recognized by Fortune, MIT Technology Review, and the World Economic Forum.
