After building Vosges Haut-Chocolat into a landmark luxury brand over more than two decades, Katrina Markoff founded Violet Flame Chocolate in 2024 as an exploration of what happens when chocolate becomes a catalyst for awareness. Blending biodynamically cultivated ingredients, rare botanicals, ritual design, and principles drawn from neuroscience, Violet Flame Chocolate occupies a unique space between sensory pleasure and inner inquiry.
