After scaling Annie's Homegrown from $2M to $200M and an $820M General Mills exit, Foraker is replicating that formula at Once Upon a Farm, bringing cold-pressed organic food to a children's category long ruled by ingredient-questionable legacy brands.
John Foraker is the Co-Founder and CEO of Once Upon a Farm, the organic children's food company he founded with actress Jennifer Garner.
In February 2026, Once Upon a Farm went public on the NYSE under the ticker OFRM, raising roughly $198 million at a valuation around $724 million, with shares popping in their debut. Foraker previously served as CEO of Annie's Homegrown, which he grew from $2 million to over $200 million in revenue before its $820 million acquisition by General Mills in 2014. Under his leadership, Once Upon a Farm has reached thousands of stores nationwide with organic, cold-pressed children's pouches, smoothies, and meals.
