
After 18 years pioneering machine learning at Stanford and co-founding Coursera, Koller now leads Insitro, where she applies high-throughput biology and large-scale AI to redesign how drugs are discovered and therapeutic targets are identified.
Daphne Koller founded Insitro in 2018 to apply machine learning and high-throughput biology to drug discovery.
She previously co-founded Coursera, was the Rajeev Motwani Professor of Computer Science at Stanford for 18 years, and served as Chief Computing Officer at Calico. She also co-founded Engageli, an interactive digital learning platform.
