Danny Meyer is the founder of Union Square Hospitality Group, which operates Gramercy Tavern, Union Square Cafe, and The Modern, and the founder of Shake Shack, the burger chain that grew from a Madison Square Park hot dog cart to a public company with over 500 locations and more than $1 billion in annual revenue.
