Christina Tosi is the founder and CEO of Milk Bar, the bakery brand she launched in 2008 out of Momofuku in New York.
Milk Bar has expanded to multiple locations, a nationwide e-commerce business, and grocery distribution, and Tosi is a James Beard Award-winning pastry chef known for items including the Compost Cookie and Milk Bar Pie. She has also appeared as a judge on MasterChef and MasterChef Junior.
