After raising $150 million and opening clinics across four cities, Witte has built Tia into a hybrid care model that consolidates primary care, gynecology, mental health, and wellness under one roof for tens of thousands of women members.
Carolyn Witte is the Co-Founder and CEO of Tia, the modern medical home for women integrating primary care, gynecology, mental health, acupuncture, and wellness services.
Witte co-founded Tia in 2017 with Felicity Yost after her own frustrating experiences navigating fragmented women's healthcare. Tia pioneered a hybrid model combining beautifully designed physical clinics with a virtual care platform, providing whole-person care that treats women as more than the sum of their body parts. The company operates clinics in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Phoenix, serving tens of thousands of members. Tia has raised over $150 million and has partnered with major health systems to expand access. Before Tia, Witte worked at Google Creative Lab and IDEO, bringing design thinking to healthcare. She has been named to Forbes' 30 Under 30, Inc.'s Female Founders, and multiple healthcare innovation lists. Her work addresses a fundamental failure of American healthcare for women, who see an average of five different providers annually to meet their healthcare needs. Tia's model-integrated, personalized, and designed around women's actual lives-represents a new standard for how healthcare can be delivered.
