Vechery co-founded Modern Fertility in 2017 with Carly Leahy after paying $1,500 out of pocket for a fertility test. The company launched an affordable, finger-prick hormone test with physician review and was acquired by telehealth company Ro for $225 million in 2021. Vechery previously worked at 23andMe and in healthcare private equity.
