Being a lifelong creative, my business is multimedia, more specifically fine art, music, and publications. What were your biggest challenges when starting your business? Lack of funding and support, but that caused me to get even more creative, resourceful, and determined. How have you handled success and failure over the course of your career? Everything can contribute to one’s personal alchemy or evolution, so I choose constructive optimism; that’s the lens I look through to improve and appreciate life. What strategies do you use to stay competitive in a changing market? Diversifying, trying new mediums and platforms, trying different ways of communicating, thinking, and learning futuristically by attending seminars, for example, and hearing other perspectives. What motivations drive you to keep pushing forward in the face of adversity? The joy of creating and being able to engage in activities that make me feel fulfilled, sharing my vision, and expressing myself. What advice would you give to someone just starting out in their chosen field? Believe in yourself. Have faith. Any of us can tap into greatness, and we can genetically contain the history of humanity! There’s a lot to draw from those inner reserves. Make the time to meditate. How have technological advances affected the way you conduct business or operate your venture? Yes, very much so, and I’m actively engaged in tech learning and embracing what works. In what ways has customer feedback or response influenced how you prioritize goals or objectives for your business or venture? Customer feedback has been extremely useful in providing some surprising insights in certain cases that I would not expect to be as engaging, appealing, or effective as I originally thought. Social media is one example. What trends do you see emerging in your industry that are likely to shape its future growth and development? First of all, sustainability and improved environmental practices And then there will continue to be more options than ever to be creative and do work, as well as interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary crossover. I can see both the organic and technological sides of the art world remaining very strong because people need self-expression, creativity, and beauty. The same goes with music. Of course, it’s a powerful cultural force and one of the gifts of life that is so much needed. The world needs philosophy and purpose, not just data. Another answer to this question, I suppose, would be that AI will continue to have an influence, but I see it as just another set of useful tools. Honestly, I see chatGPT, for example, as not being too different from doing a Google search. What have been the most rewarding and difficult aspects of your chosen career or business path? It’s very rewarding to explore different facets of your life and to keep learning and teaching in different or evolving roles. It’s difficult when some people don’t understand, don't relate, or are quick to judge. Then again, as a popular quotation goes, people judge anyway, so you might as well do what you want to do, what’s meaningful for you, and follow your highest, most positive, and true callings. Are there any skills or areas of expertise that you think are essential for success in your field? I think it's mainly an aptitude for learning and the interest and determination to keep doing so. Skills and expertise of many kinds can be acquired through interest, study, and desire. How has working remotely or online impacted your business or venture over the past year? At first it was a hindrance, but then that forced me to expand my options, diversify, and branch out. What tips would you like to offer to others who are in a similar position to you but looking to take their careers or businesses further? I would say to keep an open mind about the different kinds of mediums, platforms, and outreach. Keep a positive, constructive attitude, as mine said about doing what you can with what you have. And absolutely remember to enjoy what you’re doing and be thankful you can do it. Is there anything else you would like to share with our readers that we haven’t already discussed? I really believe that anyone can learn anything and that we all have infinite potential.

I am the founder of ROYAL LEBEN, which provides life coaching and mentoring for leaders, entrepreneurs, and experts. I show my clients how they can always find themselves free and unashamedly happy. Instead of crises and stress, new energy and power emerge from nothing, and what they want for themselves and their lives emerges in every moment. ROYAL LIFE is not a concept; it’s a state of being that gives a new quality of life and pure enjoyment of life. In 2016, the author experienced burnout due to multiple personal crises. However, they are grateful for this drumbeat of life and have found the source of their strength and energy again. For more than 20 years, the author has been exploring the connection between limitations, crises, and stress and the ability to always arrive back at themselves and experience themselves as free and unashamedly happy in every moment. This state of being in ROYAL LIFE can be applied to any situation, no matter what it is. Energy work, spirituality, and leadership are all important aspects of life. With the Quantum Life-Energy Code, holistic methods, modern energetic and spiritual tools, life principles, universal laws, and insights from quantum physics can be shared. In 1989, the author experienced a special moment when the Berlin Wall fell during a stormy time. This moment was a result of personal limitations, beliefs, experiences, or patterns that prevented people from being truly free. Theories, strategies, and tips on how to live your life and have freedom are abundant, but few mentors focus on how to master one's energy level when one is free and happy. What were your biggest challenges when starting your business? I wrote my book during the Corona crisis, "ROYAL LIFE. From the crisis back to your own throne". Following that, I started my business. In an absolutely uncertain time, even if you're not yet visible, you haven't yet honed your offer to the point of still following what drives you and keeping going, even if everyone else is shaking their heads and thinking you're crazy. That was my biggest challenge. How have you handled success and failure over the course of your career? I feel both success and failure. That's especially good when it feels good. Failure, however, is not a nice feeling. And yet I also and especially feel the bad feeling. There is no use in trying to change it because that is how you feel. It helps to stay in the moment with everything that comes up. I then decide what degree of importance I want to give to success and failure. What strategies do you use to stay competitive in a changing market? I listen very attentively to my clients and can thus respond very specifically to their needs. I trust my inner voice more than cognitive concepts. I have always been somehow ahead of the times, and when something became a trend, the next product or offer already showed up for me. I do not compare myself with other coaches and mentors. I assume that each client will find the one that fits best. What motivations drive you to keep pushing forward in the face of adversity? I want a world where everyone is free and unashamedly happy. When everyone arrives at themselves, then everyone lives their life to their full potential. That's why I work with leaders, entrepreneurs, experts, and decision-makers. Because when they are free and happy with themselves, they carry that into their professional environment. This is the best way for them to help their employees live their lives freely and happily. What advice would you give to someone just starting out in their chosen field? In any case, there are different phases that belong to it: In the beginning, you often look at the company from your own perspective and offer what you think is good. That's because it takes a while for you to really find your core theme. It's a constant realignment. My advice is to enjoy this phase and don't drive yourself crazy because not everything is working out right away yet. With time, you will become clearer, your offers more precise, and your own attitude more stable, and then comes the moment when you understand that it is your own journey. Only from these individual puzzle pieces will something whole emerge, exactly as you want it. Trust that every step, no matter how small, even if it looks like a step backward, is only there so that you can find your very clear positioning. And then comes the visibility. How have technological advances affected the way you conduct business or operate your venture? This makes it possible to work with clients regardless of where they live. At the same time, I also offer time-out mentoring and meet with my clients in person on site. I think that's important. With all the technological advances, for me, it's the moments when we really meet and face each other in real time. In what ways has customer feedback or response influenced how you prioritize goals or objectives for your business or venture? I am very happy when I feel the impact my work has on the lives and energy of my clients. I am in close contact with them. They can leave me messages or ask further questions at any time, so they can get immediate support from me 24/7 (except weekends) as well. This is brilliant, and my clients love it, especially my voice messages. What trends do you see emerging in your industry that are likely to shape its future growth and development? I believe that it is becoming more and more apparent whether coaches or mentors themselves live meaningfully and according to their own values. Whether they want to contribute to something greater than themselves with an attitude of abundance, love, peace, and freedom, or whether they are simply concerned with profits, margins, and lack In this case, customers are always kept in dependency. That is not my way. It also has nothing to do with self-determination, love, or peace. I am not available for that. What have been the most rewarding and difficult aspects of your chosen career or business path? I experienced a burnout in 2016 that brought me to the border between life and death. That was the most difficult moment and, at the same time, the most rewarding moment of my journey. Without this experience, I would not be able to accompany my clients today the way I do. My job would be to work on some kind of concept or strategy. But this is life, and my own experience shows that even in a situation in which nothing exists anymore, everything is possible. That makes me happy that I can show that. Are there any skills or areas of expertise that you think are essential for success in your field? One's own experience. The ability and willingness for inner transformation By this, I don't mean that you change anything about yourself to make it better or more optimized. I mean that you really live something new, discover and investigate new possibilities, so that you really live alive and do not just have an idea of yourself and your life, which you perhaps only run after until the end. That would be a great pity not to have lived. How has working remotely or online impacted your business or venture over the past year? This has increased my reach. I have also started offering group courses and entering into collaborations with other mentors. What tips would you like to offer to others who are in a similar position to you but looking to take their careers or businesses further? If you don't love what you do and you don't discover that it's about more than putting yourself first, then you're likely to be permanently in stress and competition mode. You need a vision bigger than yourself. Something you get up for every morning. And it's something that has nothing to do with you. It has to do with the world and who we want to be as human beings. Is there anything else you would like to share with our readers that we haven’t already discussed? Yes, we are all queens and kings in our lives. We are already born that way; we just often forget that. Then we start to come to terms with life and its circumstances. Life is okay like that, we tell ourselves. We settle in and accept it. I ask you to realize that you have a life that is far greater than just being OK this way. It is unique and extraordinary. Live it. I call it ROYAL LIFE.

Given that travel is a fundamental part of who I am, I am deeply committed to Viatu's mission of democratizing sustainable travel. Viatu is disrupting the last offline frontier in travel worth US$30 billion with a data-driven marketplace that makes planning and booking sustainable multi-day trips (a.k.a. itinerary-based travel) as easy as booking a weekend getaway to Paris. Leveraging technology to address NextGen's sweet spot of holiday planning, Viatu empowers consumers to book authentic and sustainable trips directly within a single platform, minimizing friction, time, and cost. What were your biggest challenges when starting your business? At a personal level, the biggest challenge was daring to reinvent myself and break away from a comfortable life in advertising in my late thirties. It can be intimidating to enter a new industry and embark on a very steep learning curve, but if it is better aligned with your true values and passion, all elements will align, and it is never too late. From a Viatu team perspective, the challenge was timing. Incorporating the company mid-pandemic (July 2020), we were confident that this was the opportunity to rethink how travel is managed, but we did not expect the pandemic to last this long. As soon as restrictions were lifted, everyone was eager to tap into their wanderlust again, but a majority of investors kept a “wait and see” attitude, making our fundraising journey quite extensive and challenging. How have you handled success and failure over the course of your career? To me, success and failure are very relative to one’s personal values. It is important to have clarity on what success means to you and not navigate through choices based on external paradigms of success. From an external perspective, I had a successful career in healthcare advertising, scaling and managing a global network of independent agencies. I will always be incredibly grateful for the decade of learnings and collaborations with colleagues across 20+ countries, but the truth is, that I wasn’t entirely inspired or fulfilled by the industry I was in. The switch to travel was challenging, and I caught myself making many mistakes or being at a loss for many answers. But I feel fulfilled and motivated to keep learning and evolving. And as long as I am able to reap the learnings from the failures, I personally feel fulfilled to have left a successful career behind and to finally align with what I care most about. What motivations drive you to keep pushing forward in the face of adversity? The belief that the travel industry can be transformed to ensure it ultimately has a net positive impact on people and the planet What advice would you give to someone just starting out in their chosen field? In such a fragmented industry, it is key to collaborate. Markets like travel are large enough to foster healthy competition, so rather than isolating yourself in the attempt to be the best at everything, look at which strategic partnerships can be mutually beneficial and, more importantly, deliver a more streamlined and impactful offering. How have technological advances affected the way you conduct business or operate your venture? The timing for Viatu is now possible because of the more widespread presence of technology in the travel industry. We are just getting started, though; the evolution of our platform will be never-ending as we optimize and enhance the level of personalization by incorporating advances in AI and machine learning. In what ways has customer feedback or response influenced how you prioritize goals or objectives for your business or venture? The Viatu journey is still in its early days, but as a B2C marketplace, it is essential for us to nurture feedback loops with our customers and continuously evaluate how to improve our product to effectively serve and delight the customers. How has working remotely or online impacted your business or venture over the past year? Personally, I have been used to working remotely for over a decade. In my previous career, I managed a network of agencies across 20+ markets; therefore, I worked for many years remotely from Barcelona and Buenos Aires (starting in 2010). Viatu was founded mid-pandemic with the premise of establishing a fully remote team. Despite the geographic dispersion, we have been able to nourish a strong team culture and streamline work processes that leverage the abundance of collaborative tools that now exist. That said, we do believe in the power of in-person time and always strive for team gatherings and co-working days in our Swiss and South African hubs.

Since we first introduced Nomu as a startup idea, we have developed into an 8-figure business with operations in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Tunisia, and Morocco. Our two main services, Jumlaty for hospitality businesses like hotels, restaurants, and cafés, and Appetito for families, both target specialised niches. The F&B supply chain for the hotel industry has been altered by us, and we've provided a full digital platform for easy procurement and delivery of food supplies. Our app offers a practical, all-in-one shopping solution for families with AI-driven dynamic pricing, What were your biggest challenges when starting your business? As I started the Nomu Group project, I ran across a number of unusual and unexpected problems that put our determination to the test. Having recently completed a fundraising round and right before the worldwide epidemic, we launched our service. Our first target market was restaurants, but due to the shifting industry, we were forced to fast change course and start serving customers directly. We also ran across a problem with our strategy for marketing. Due to fundamental flaws in the supply chain architecture, the marketplace model we first examined wasn't a viable choice for our region. We became aware of the importance of maintaining our own inventory in order to satisfy the demands of our commercial clients and deliver within 24 hours. This important change significantly altered our cash flow model and necessitated a quick and substantial change. How have you handled success and failure over the course of your career? As I waded through the choppy seas of business, I quickly realised that failure is a necessary component of the trip. It's a lesson that never gets any easier, but it's essential to accept failure and identify what went wrong. Such encounters provide tremendous possibilities for reflection and education, particularly when accompanied with direct criticism. In addition, it is crucial to acknowledge and celebrate accomplishment, no matter how small it may appear. Each triumph serves as vital fuel for our group's spirit and is evidence of our tenacity, inventiveness, and tenacity. We must never undervalue the power of rewarding our spirits with the praise of our victories in a world that frequently focuses on flaws. What strategies do you use to stay competitive in a changing market? I believe that a combination of humility, curiosity, and adaptability is necessary to be successful in a market that changes rapidly. To start with, I accept that I don't know everything. There is a lot to learn and a wide variety of viewpoints to comprehend. I thus make it a point to always learn from those around me, industry developments, and our clients. It has been quite helpful to take that initial step, which was frequently pushed at the urging of my support system, especially during difficult times. I've discovered that inspiration frequently occurs as a result of action rather than waiting for it to come to me. My family, mentor, and friends served as my support system during difficult moments, giving me the motivation to act. This action always ignites a spark of inspiration, which closes the cycle and inspires others to take further action. The best way to advance has therefore been to combine action with a strong support system, even though motivation is crucial. What advice would you give to someone just starting out in their chosen field? I would emphasise three key elements if I were to offer guidance to someone looking to launch their own business: Start right away, communicate with your community, and stop attempting to be flawless. Making that first move is necessary to launch a business, so get started as soon as you can. A new firm can frequently succeed or fail based on its speed. The sooner you begin, the sooner you may begin to learn and develop. Converse often with your customers at the same time. You should use their suggestions and criticism as a reference when making company decisions. They will demonstrate what functions and what needs to be altered. Finally, give up striving to be flawless. It is a fallacy that perfectionism may speed up development. Instead, concentrate on improving over time and being adaptable. Keep in mind that in the world of startups, a decent solution today is frequently preferable than a flawless one later. How have technological advances affected the way you conduct business/operate your venture? The use of AI has changed Nomu's company. We are driving the AI transformation in the food sector. Nomu is primarily reliant on AI. Our dynamic pricing strategy makes sure that our clients receive the finest offers. Our AI algorithms analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and supply chain dynamics to instantaneously change prices. I started this agency with the goal of creating a better, more honest, and more profitable representation space for incredible individuals. I am thrilled to be able to say this is exactly what we’ve done. What were your biggest challenges when starting your business? Not thinking big enough! I find it is incredibly difficult to be what you cannot see, for me there was no example of what success could look like for a person like me in this industry. I am now thrilled to look to my left and right and see some incredible women in this field absolutely dominating (hey Nicole Lynn!) but I truly believe that the lack of representation led to me not knowing what was “realistic” so I limited myself unnecessarily in the beginning. How have you handled success and failure over the course of your career? Honestly, in the beginning of this journey my answer would have been very different than it is now. When I first got started I was constantly on the defensive, convinced that every challenge I faced was meant to destroy me and there really was no handling at that point I instead opted not to feel at all. So I didn’t celebrate any of the successes beyond a quick high five with the team, an excited call to the client and then I got back to work. This allowed me to stay in a constant state of numbness so when the failures came I didn’t have anywhere to fall from. However now, as I’ve gotten older I reflect a bit more and have much healthier ways of managing the ebbs and flows; My mentor and perpetual life guide has said for many years to “never get too high on the highs and never get too low on the lows, do your best to remain somewhere in the middle and you’ll be okay.” As difficult as this is, reminding myself of this philosophy has been an absolute lifesaver in my personal and professional life. What strategies do you use to stay competitive in a changing market? I wish I had a more exciting or mystical answer to this question but honestly, I just lead with authenticity and transparency. I make sure that our clients know we will fight for you to the tiniest of details through and through. In addition to that we never do exclusively what is promised, my team and I strive to go above and beyond in every area we can to ensure our clients receive the best possible experience with us. What motivations drive you to keep pushing forward in the face of adversity? The idea that I can one day be the person I wish I had as a teen, I always knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur but the only successful women in business that I recall seeing were Arianna Huffington, (later Moira Forbes), and Anna Wintour. All of these women were in journalism, and none of them are women of color. Going back to my earlier point it can be incredibly difficult to be what you cannot see. I want the incredible young black women excited to become entrepreneurs to be able to look at me and know if she did it I can absolutely do it. This coupled with my passion for giving back and leaving my corner of the world better than I found it is what keeps me going. What advice would you give to someone just starting out in their chosen field? I love this question; I would say you CAN do it, but it will not be easy. Know that there may be times when the only person who understands why you are working the way you are, or sacrificing what you are sacrificing is you; and learn to be okay with that. You can learn something from EVERYONE, so never miss an opportunity to do so. Lastly, always remember that if what you are asking for doesn’t scare you then you are not asking for enough. What trends do you see emerging in your industry that are likely to shape its future growth and development? It’s been intriguing to see the rise of UGC creators bringing a new authenticity to the branding/advertising space so when looking to the future of strategic ambassador style partnerships it will be interesting to see how this alters the look and feel of these partnerships. What have been the most rewarding and difficult aspects of your chosen career or business path? The most rewarding thus far have been the conversations with young women of color working to get into this field and looking for guidance/perspective. I have also been a TEDx speaker. I unapologetically focus on black women, who have statistically been overlooked, are more likely to not get career support in their jobs, and are paid a lower wage. What were your biggest challenges when starting your business? The biggest obstacle I had was believing in my own coaching abilities. I have taken my craft seriously from the start. I have occasionally doubted my ability to change someone else's life for the better. How have you handled success and failure over the course of your career? At every turn, I have gained knowledge. I'm still learning. We may learn lessons from both our successes and mistakes. I have no regrets about what I've experienced. What strategies do you use to stay competitive in a changing market? To increase my expertise in a market that is evolving, I'm ready to take classes and get coaching. The most crucial thing is to develop my abilities for my clients, because the better I am for them, the more competitive I am in the market. For instance, I'm now enrolled in a programme that teaches me how to use AI while also assisting me in improving how I promote my services. What motivations drive you to keep pushing forward in the face of adversity? I'm inspired to keep moving forward by a burning passion. Through my coaching and speaking, I hope to have a positive effect on the world. This is what I want to leave behind for my kids and the others in my field that come after me. I aim to be the shoulders others may stand on for their own advancement, just as I stand on the shoulders of my ancestors, who made significant sacrifices to get me where I am today. What advice would you give to someone just starting out in their chosen field? There are many of us coaches, and the research indicates that the majority of us do not make enough money to support ourselves. We can all take something from this: mastering the business of coaching is just as crucial as learning the craft. How have technological advances affected the way you conduct business or operate your venture? Since I started my firm five years ago, I have concentrated on how technology may assist me, from straightforward calendar systems to intricate CRMs (customer relationship management) and automations. I had been coaching virtually before the epidemic shutdown. Even then, I viewed myself as a worldwide coach and made myself available online. I let my clients book their own appointments using technology since it is easier than going back and forth. And since a CRM was not really helpful to me, I have ceased utilising one for the time being. My most recent technology takes advantage of AI (artificial intelligence). How has working remotely or online impacted your business or venture over the past year? There were no adjustments for me to make since I decided to work remotely from the beginning of my business. What tips would you like to offer to others who are in a similar position to you but looking to take their careers or businesses further? I cannot stress enough how important it is to fall in love with the coaching industry. If you love what you do as a coach, you will most likely enjoy the process of advertising your business and engaging in conversation with others. Get passionate about business sales. Never be hesitant to outsource. You shouldn't necessarily create a website just because you can, for instance. Be careful what duties you accept, and consider whether the time is being used productively for your company. Look at the lessons you've learned, especially while going through character-building experiences, because your life—the good, the terrible, and the ugly—may be used as an example for your clients. I grew up learning the craft of making furniture because my family has been in the industry for many generations. My affinity for this industry has led me to refer to furniture as an "Art." I was anxious to put what I had learned into practise, so in 2007, we established our own business, MOBILUSSO, which is Italian for "luxury furniture," or "Mobili di Lusso." Our mission has always been to offer unique designs of the highest calibre, and I think we have been successful in that throughout the years. First, we had amazing success on the domestic market. After two years, we switched to exporting, and today we provide our goods to all nations. What were your biggest challenges when starting your business? Initially, all we had was an upholstery shop. This was a significant difficulty for us, and the designs were not completed successfully, or at least not to the standard we had set. Several of our ideas were copied since we did not have complete control over the manufacturing process, in addition to the delivery delays. How have you handled success and failure over the course of your career? The best teachers for humans are their mistakes. I did not mourn any errors because I had already learned from them. In 2010, we created a clear plan and put all of our effort into implementing it. In order to learn from past mistakes, we planned to construct a small factory with all manufacturing steps and then grow to establish a huge factory as the production volume increased. The actual starting location was here. Once we started to see that we were making progress towards our objective, something happened that we could not have predicted since we did not design a fire system when we first opened the plant and instead chose to put these costs into the equipment. Yet because of what we did, this was one of the largest errors that happened. We lost everything when the factory caught fire. One of the most important things I learned in my job was that paying attention to even the smallest detail might cost you everything. Because it's the little things that lead to the biggest accomplishments. We were able to overcome this and continue on to where we are today because we had a balance of clients, so we didn't literally go back to the starting place. What strategies do you use to stay competitive in a changing market? Occasionally, strategies change depending on the market in each nation. The design is crucial to us. Even if we have flexible quality requirements, we may still fiercely compete. We stay up-to-date with new designs and competition. We continuously track consumer preferences in each market and provide various, distinctive designs that are appropriate for these markets. We can consistently offer high quality at affordable pricing since we have access to all manufacturing stages. What motivations drive you to keep pushing forward in the face of adversity? I've always believed that adversity propels you forward and makes you stronger. I learned that answers are found in adversity, but solutions that don't please you now might not be available later on. I read a lot, analysed the problem, and tried to discover all the solutions. I thus learned to take my time. I acquired the ability to uphold morals while remaining sufficiently adaptable. In God, I believe that there is much good that comes out of the bad. Strong workplace connections may help with many issues. What advice would you give to someone just starting out in their chosen field? Work honestly without rushing outcomes, evaluate their progress over time, assess and amend their objectives, refrain from insisting on mistakes, and pay attention to the authorities in the field. Exploit the loopholes after thorough market and competitive research. They should have a measured risk-taking attitude since you learn from your experiences and are eager to learn from your failures. They just labour hard and wisely, and the benefits will be greater than they can anticipate. They never consider the end result. How have technological advances affected the way you conduct business/operate your venture? Technology has undergone significant evolution. We are still better at producing our goods using traditional production techniques. Yet because of the time, money, and effort that modern equipment saved, prices and competitiveness improved. Also, we were able to provide additional items that we had previously been unable to owing to the complexity of making them entirely manually. Many of the business finishes that we presented altered the idea of conventional furniture. Our ability to quickly contact our intended audience has made life much simpler. In what ways has customer feedback/response influenced how you prioritise goals/objectives for your business/venture? Many of our consumers are informed about our newest goods, and we pay close attention to their comments. We make necessary product adjustments Contrarily, some items have been withdrawn from the market before they have even been released as a result of client feedback surveys. What trends do you see emerging in your industry that are likely to shape its future growth and development? I believe that artificial intelligence is now creating fictitious designs with the least amount of time and effort. The most satisfying thing is that I felt content. The hardest part is having to constantly think about and deal with obstacles that arise in the industry. With direct booking, smartphone key cards, QR ordering from hotel rooms and restaurants, and even contactless check-in and check-out, we can see how technology is transforming the hotel experience on the surface. In summary, technology development has greatly contributed to linking customers and their needs to the staff members serving them. Costs are to be cut, while profits are to be increased. The next wave of transformation is being driven by digital, but we must not lose sight of the fact that everything is dependent on return on investment. In what ways has customer feedback or response influenced how you prioritise goals or objectives for your business or venture? We must prioritise customer, owner, and associate input when creating goals and objectives since it is an essential component of our daily operations. A CEO must be able to inspire and lead their team to success by possessing great leadership and team management abilities. They must be able to establish and sustain strong bonds with their team members, stakeholders, and partners in order to foster a culture of cooperation and trust. How has working remotely or online impacted your business or venture over the past year? To say it loudly, it has really reduced our costs while also enhancing the health and welfare of one of our colleagues. But, in my opinion, it negatively affected the corporate culture in various aspects. Developing deep bonds with co-workers is difficult while working remotely.     Exclusive Report Gautam Adani is an Indian billionaire industrialist who is the chairman and founder of Adani Group, a multinational conglomerate with interests in ports, airports, power generation and transmission, green energy, logistics, and more. According to Forbes, Gautam Adani's net worth was estimated to be around $126.4 billion before the Hindenburg report came out. Adani has been in the spotlight recently due to a short-selling report from Hindenburg Research which accused his business empire of fraud and stock manipulation. This caused his wealth to drop by half in a matter of days. The report also sparked protests from Indian activists against the Adani Group. The controversy has led to Bangladesh asking for a discount on its coal electricity deal with Adani Group as well as debates in India's Parliament between Rahul Gandhi and Government ministers over remarks on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Gautam Adani. The Hindenburg Report alleges numerous instances of corruption and unethical practices by Adani. The report claims that the company has used improper accounting tactics to hide the true size of its carbon emissions, illicitly diverted funds meant for public benefits to its own pockets, and circumvented Indian laws in order to secure government subsidies and tax exemptions. Additionally, the report alleges that Adani has deliberately misled investors about the environmental impact of its Carmichael coal mine project and made false statements regarding its profitability in order to increase investment. Finally, the report claims that Adani has dodged scrutiny from regulators by creating ghost subsidiaries and transferring funds between countries. Here is a timeline of the key events related to other controversies: 2017: Leaked documents reveal that Adani had paid a close friend of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi $3 million in order to secure a $20 billion loan from the Bank of India. 2018: The Australian government approves Adani's Carmichael coal mine project, despite concerns about its potential environmental and social impacts. March 2018: It is revealed Adani had fraudulently misrepresented the size of its Carmichael coal mine in order to secure approval from the Australian government. August 2019: The Queensland government announces it would not provide grant funding for the proposed Adani railway line, raising further doubts over the viability of the project. October 2019: A leaked document reveals that Adani planned to use illegal methods to access groundwater for its controversial Carmichael coal mine project. November 2019: A group of First Nations elders takes legal action against Adani, arguing that the company had failed to consult with them regarding the development of their ancestral lands. In response to the Hindenburg Report on Adani, the company has vehemently denied all allegations of unethical behavior and wrongdoing.
